A studio tuned to its own tempo.
Wynk sits within Airtel, one of India's largest telecom corporations, yet its culture moves to a different rhythm. The challenge was to protect the agility of a music team while letting it thrive within the scale of a much larger organisation. Here, music is not simply what Wynk makes. It shapes how the team thinks.
The idea comes together through three words: Do. Play. Stay. Rather than separating work, play and life into prescribed zones, the space lets them overlap. Rhythm becomes a spatial instinct, appearing in ceiling geometry, changing material patterns and the cadence between open and contained spaces.

One fluid landscape
The experience begins with warmth. Timber, brick and vinyl records give the entrance an immediate familiarity, setting the tone that music is the escape. Inside, an open plan brings collaborative tables, informal clusters, lounge areas and focused workspaces into one fluid landscape, with no cabins dictating hierarchy or a single way to work. People gather, shift, focus and play according to what the moment needs.

Energy and contrast
Red moves through the space with the energy of the brand, while dark ceiling elements and natural light create depth and contrast. The environment stays flexible as teams and activities change around it.
The workplace keeps pace with Wynk rather than containing it.
