indiHANDS is a gifting brand that brings the work of Indian artisans into contemporary life. The name traces the journey through three hands, the artisan's hand that makes, the visitor's hand that encounters, and the giver's hand that passes it forward. Many of these crafts carry knowledge across generations, making every choice part of a larger continuity.
The threshold
The experience begins at the threshold. A fabric-clad shutter glows like a lantern when the store is closed, drawing curiosity towards it, while Warli-inspired figures and a palette drawn from sky and flora establish a contemporary relationship with tradition. Inside, the materials of making become the materials of the space: jute, handmade paper, fabric, rope and metal rods create a quiet setting for the objects.
A language of making
An embroidery hoop becomes a recurring architectural language, moving from display structures to ceiling elements and handmade paper lights. Products are arranged for browsing and discovery, letting materials, techniques and regions be compared through proximity rather than hierarchy.
The craft never disappears behind a shelf. It keeps moving, through the hands that make it, choose it and give it away.
