Making memories memorable

Built for the moment around the scoop.

Ice cream carries memories with it. An outing after school, a celebration, a reward, a first meeting, a long day, or simply time spent with someone. It is rarely bought out of necessity. It belongs to moments, planned and spontaneous, remembered for how they felt as much as for what was eaten.

Baskin Robbins sits gently within these moments. The experience is built around five simple steps: Threshold, Flavour, Format, Pay and Relish, each creating a small shift from choosing an ice cream to enjoying the moment around it.

Threshold to flavour

At the threshold, a colourful band of playful words such as Happyness, Scoopalicious and Cakoholic brings back the explorer child. The counter opens into a generous spread of flavours, where familiar favourites and new discoveries invite curiosity, each finding its format as an ice cream, sundae, waffle, shake or cake.

After the purchase

The experience slows down after the purchase. Seating moves gently to the edges, leaving the centre animated while small tables create places for conversations that often last longer than the ice cream itself. Pastel tones, warm wood and soft upholstery keep the space easy and intimate, while a lowered mansard ceiling creates enclosure without losing lightness.

Nothing in the space competes with the moment. It simply gives anticipation, choice and companionship room to unfold. Time here is well spent.

Ordinary happiness, given room.
